Brandon Prater brings extensive experience in global infrastructure investments<\/strong><\/p>\n

BOSTON, MA \u2013 September 10, 2014<\/strong> \u2013 Seaborn Networks Group, Inc., the developer and operator of the first express subsea fiber optic cable system between New York and S\u00e3o Paulo, announced today that Brandon Prater has been elected to its board of directors.<\/p>\n

Mr. Prater is a Managing Director and the Global Co-Head of Private Infrastructure for Partners Group (SIX: PGHN), a Swiss-based global private markets investment management firm with more than US$ 45 billion in assets under management in private infrastructure, private equity, private real estate and private debt, and with offices in New York, S\u00e3o Paulo and 16 other cities around the world.<\/p>\n
