Seaborn Networks appoints industry veteran Michel Marcelino as Senior Vice President, Head of Latin America

April 3, 2020 – Seaborn Networks (“Seaborn”), a leading developer-owner-operator of subsea fiber optic cable systems, announced today the appointment of Michel Marcelino as Senior Vice President, Head of Latin America. Michel is responsible for managing Seaborn’s sales organization and channel strategies, as well as serving as Seaborn’s most senior officer in Brazil.

Michel comes to Seaborn from Vogel Telecom where he was Chief Business Development Officer and before that managed the sales organization for the last three years. Before that, Michel headed up sales & marketing for American Tower in Brazil.
