Sean McNeill is the Chief Executive Officer of Seaborn. Following 6 years successfully leading the Finance organization as Chief Financial Officer, Sean was elevated to CEO in July 2026. His prior experience as CFO provides Sean deep understanding of both the market and Seaborn’s financial strengths, and enables him to drive continued growth and equity value creation. Prior to his time as CFO, Sean served as the Vice President of Finance and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the company where he managed the annual budgeting & strategic planning process working closely with the executive management team & Seabras board.
Sean brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of accounting, financial management, and business planning. Prior to Seaborn he served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Best Doctors, Inc. where he was responsible for leading the strategic planning and budgeting function for the company. Sean has also held controllership roles across a variey of industries over the years in which he has led or played keyed roles in financings, strategic planning , mergers & acquisitions, financial systems & process, and financial reporting.
Sean has B.S. in Finance from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and lives on the Massachusetts North Shore with his wife and 2 children.
