Seabras Group LLC and each of its’ subsidiaries (collectively, “Seaborn” or “Company”) is committed to supporting internationally recognized human rights and aims not to directly or indirectly infringe on human rights or be complicit or contribute to human rights abuses.  Respect for human rights is a core value of our business. We believe that long-term business success can only be achieved if human rights are acknowledged and protected. Seaborn confirms our commitment to preserving high legal, ethical and moral standards, and aims to foster compliance with local and international laws and regulations.  Our Human Rights Policy sets out the fundamental principles embedded in our business operations and culture to ensure we assess, identify and address human rights risks across our business operations and do not engage in activities that violate human rights. It is our corporate responsibility to uphold these principles throughout our entire organization.  Additionally, we expect all stakeholders, including agents, business partners, customers, vendors and suppliers, to be aligned in upholding human rights globally.

Seaborn also respects freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Seaborn has a strict zero-tolerance of any kind of discrimination, human trafficking, modern-day slavery, forced labor and child labor. The Company does not engage in or condone the unlawful employment or exploitation of children.  We expect our suppliers to follow the same high standards of conduct that we uphold, including this Human Rights policy.

Employees and suppliers must report known violations of this Human Rights policy or violations that are suspected in good faith to Compliance@seabornnetworks.com
